The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen.(Revelation 22:21) This is the last verse in the Bible. It seems most likely that the last words are significant. Earlier verses in this chapter gave warnings about taking away from or adding to the words of the prophecy.

The Community of Mutual Delight

In the Old Covenant, outside of the promised land, Joshua and Caleb said to the congregation of the people of Israel:

"If the LORD delights in us, He will bring us into this land and give it to us, a land that flows with milk and honey" (Numbers 14:8).

In the New Covenant, there is no longer an "IF the Lord delights in us, He will..."; He already unceasingly, exquisitely and eternally delights, rejoices, blisses, celebrates, feasts and pleasures in you in Christ.
